The south barn is a new barn, identical to the MORTON barn. It is equipped with ceiling fans over every stall, PYRANHA FLY SPRAY SYSTEM, rubber matting, and concrete aisle.

All Weather Arena Air Conditioned Lounge
There is also an air conditioned lounge overlooking the all weather sand arena just outside the barns.
The farm is all black fencing, and the turnout paddocks are CENTAUR fencing for the horse's safety.
